Kecia Kerr is a prairie native with a background in research and education and a passion for conservation. She holds a PhD in Biology from McGill University and is a certified Professional Biologist. She has conducted ecological research in Canada, the USA, Latin America, and Australia. She took on the role of Executive Director of CPAWS Northern Alberta in June 2017. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Alberta Environmental Network.
