syma habib is a facilitator, relationship builder, advocate, head in the clouds thinker, and deep feeler. she has spent much of the last decade of her life using her work in the social sector to imagine what a radically inclusive society might look like, using food and community organizing as a tool to connect with and heal alongside marginalized youth, adults with disabilities, people living on low incomes and racialized communities. she currently works at Momentum, a non-profit focused on poverty reduction in Calgary. in her spare time, she grows food, makes soup, climbs mountains, writes, and is just about a yoga teacher.
