Andrew Sennyah is a Consultant, Western Canada with Counsel Public Affairs. Andrew brings his strong research abilities and applied public policy experience.

Prior to joining Counsel, Andrew served as Ministerial Assistant for the Alberta Minister of Environment and Parks, and the Government House Leader. In this role, he provided support and advice to the Minister and Chief of Staff in dealing with current and emerging policy issues facing the ministry, which included the Technology Innovation and Emissions Reductions (TIER) program.

In the lead up to the 2019 Alberta General Election, Andrew worked as Outreach Coordinator to the Honourable Jason Kenney, working closely with members of Alberta’s cultural communities, promoting the priorities of the Official Opposition. Furthermore, Andrew coordinated the Hon. Jason Kenney’s visit to India in 2018, as Leader of the Official Opposition with foreign and domestic government officials.

Andrew holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Economics and International Relations as well as a Masters in Public Policy, focused on Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Calgary.
