From a young age, Deeti developed a passion for sustainability and knew she wanted to make an impact. She understood that gaining a technical background was essential for driving informed change. With a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Deeti found her niche in the built environment immediately after graduation.

Deeti, a Certified Energy Manager, has over seven years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. She has worked in energy management, building teams of energy auditors and analysts, and supporting clients in integrating their energy studies into portfolio-wide asset management strategies. With her background, Deeti has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both energy consultants and building owners in the retrofit market, dedicating her career to fostering positive change.

In her spare time, Deeti enjoys tackling 1000-piece puzzles, camping on crown land, taking walks with her Pitbull, and exploring local festivals.
