Garrett is a systems thinker who works to bridge the gap between technical solutions and the general public. His technical background complements his desire to build community and relationships. 

Prior to joining Alberta Ecotrust, Garrett worked in control and automation, project delivery, facilities engineering, and energy and greenhouse gas management. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a focus on decarbonization.  

When he is not working to improve building performance, Garrett enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, or engaging in some kind of do-it-yourself project.
