Originally from Stony Plain, Alberta, Jessie attended MacEwan University in Edmonton and graduated with a Bachelor of Communication Studies. Jessie is passionate about creating meaningful, accessible and innovative content that highlights the vision of an organization. As a lifelong Albertan, joining the Alberta Ecotrust team has allowed her to combine her communication skills and creativity to make a positive impact on the environments she loves. 

Jessie spends most of her free time camping, hiking and snowboarding (preferably in Jasper or Kananaskis). When she’s not enjoying the outdoors, she loves reading, film, baking and strength training.
