Michelle is excited to encourage and support others who are interested in decarbonization and climate action. She has over five years of industry experience and holds a Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Michelle has developed promotional materials to highlight sustainable building technologies, hosted tours of high-performance "green" buildings, reported on sustainable building operations and maintenance practices, and contributed to the design of building energy retrofits. She has also supported renewable and clean technology development, including carbon credit reporting and forecasting for industrial-scale wind and solar power projects.

Outside of work, Michelle hosts social events to get her friends and family talking about climate change. She also loves to walk and bike in her neighbourhood, bake, and take dance classes.
