Alberta Council for Environmental Education in partnership with the Calgary Climate Hub

Conversing about climate change is critical to promoting immediate action on this crisis. Plans for recovery and stimulus funding post-COVID-19 make it even more important to involve Calgarians in dialogue about climate. The Calgary Climate Conversations Project will educate, engage, and encourage Calgary citizens to take action on saving the planet. Individuals knowledgeable about climate change will share their expertise and include individuals in discussion regarding actions they can take to promote a sustainable future. Survey respondents will report increased climate crisis knowledge and increased likelihood of participating in climate supportive behaviour, including volunteering with climate-related groups and sharing their knowledge with others. The Calgary Climate Conversations Project will be a strong catalyst for change.
