    Initiatives

    We lead projects that deliver innovative solutions through direct program delivery, partnerships and collaboration. These include our Emissions-Neutral Buildings Information Exchange (ENBIX) and our Retrofit Accelerator.

    We provide grant funding and project support to local non-profit organizations working on environmental and climate solutions. There are three grant streams: Climate Innovation, Environmental Impact and Springboard Grants.

    Impact Investing

    We invest in initiatives that reduce urban emissions. Our investments, which can be up to $1 million, focus on scalable projects and enterprises involving high-performance buildings, active and low-emission transportation, and renewable energy.
