Goodwill sees the potential for renewable energy sources for all their operations while also recognizing the incredible opportunity to advance the inclusion of persons with disabilities in their development and installation. The Goodwill Sustainable Energy Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities program will provide long-term Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission reductions through solar panel installations at the Edmonton Impact Centre and then across the city, while providing ongoing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.
